Projects

Blast Furnace Process Control

The Blast Furnace Process Control project focuses on automating and optimizing iron-making operations in the steel industry. The system monitors and controls critical process parameters such as furnace temperature, pressure, hot blast flow, burden distribution, and gas composition in real time. Using PLC, SCADA, sensors, and industrial communication networks, the project ensures stable furnace operation, improves productivity, reduces fuel consumption, and enhances safety. Advanced control strategies and data analytics help minimize process variation, improve hot metal quality, and support predictive maintenance for reliable plant performance.

Rail Manufacturing & Quality Control

This project focuses on automation and monitoring of the railway rail production process, covering Long Rail Handling, Welding Line, and Quality Inspection. The system ensures smooth rail movement, precise welding operations, and continuous quality checking using sensors, vision systems, and automated controls. Key parameters such as rail alignment, weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface defects are monitored in real time to improve production efficiency, ensure safety, and maintain railway standards.

DRI Kiln PLC Automation

This project focuses on automation of the Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) Kiln using PLC based control systems. The automation monitors and controls critical parameters such as kiln temperature, speed, pressure, and material flow in real time. The system improves process stability, enhances production efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and ensures safe and reliable kiln operation.
